This guide was created to walk you through the experience ahead, from the practical details to the moments we will thoughtfully prepare for together. III. Client Questionnaire
Shortly after booking, I’ll send over a client questionnaire to begin gathering the details of your celebration. This helps me better understand your plans, priorities, and the moments that are most meaningful to you.
Your questionnaire will be shared within one week of booking, and I kindly ask that it is completed within one month. Taking the time to thoughtfully answer these questions allows me to begin preparing for your experience and documenting your day in the most intentional way.

As your photographer, you are always welcome to get in touch with me throughout the planning process. Whether you have a question, need guidance, or simply want to share an update, I’m here to help make the experience feel thoughtful, seamless, and well cared for. For anything important or time-sensitive, email is the best way to reach me. You’re also welcome to text me at the number below when needed. If you’d like to connect further, we can schedule a phone or video call at any point throughout the process.

This session is a wonderful opportunity for us to spend time together before your wedding day, become comfortable in front of the camera, and create a collection of images that documents this season forever.

I’m always grateful for the opportunity to travel for my work and document celebrations in new places. If your wedding requires travel, we’ll begin discussing the details after your client questionnaire has been submitted. Beginning this process early often allows for more flexibility and the best available options when arranging flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Travel expenses are quoted separately from your collection and are covered by the client. This may include flights, accommodations, rental car or ground transportation, and any additional travel-related expenses needed for your celebration. Once we’ve finalized the details together, a travel invoice will be shared and is due in full within one week of receipt.
I’m always happy to connect over a call to discuss travel plans, answer questions, and ensure everything is thoughtfully arranged before your wedding day.

From additional film coverage to engagement sessions or full wedding weekend documentation, if there is something you’re interested in adding, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For celebrations spanning multiple days, additional coverage may be available for welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell gatherings, and other meaningful moments surrounding your wedding day. Weekend coverage is dependent on availability, so please reach out early if this is something you’d like to explore.

Film can be added to your collection for an additional layer of texture, nostalgia, and timelessness throughout your photographs.

An engagement session is a beautiful opportunity to create photographs from this season of your life before your wedding day. These are available by request, depending on availability and travel planning.

Around six weeks before your celebration, we’ll connect to finalize your timeline and review any remaining details. This is also the time to confirm any additional offerings or updates that may need to be reflected in your final invoice.
Your remaining 35% balance is due four weeks before your wedding date. Any additional travel expenses, add-ons, or adjustments made during the planning process will be included at this time.

We’ll meet for a one-hour video call to walk through your plans, discuss the flow of the day, and make any final decisions together. If you are working with a planner, I’m happy to include them in this conversation so we can collaborate and create a timeline that supports the full experience.

IX. Gallery Delivery
Heirloom Memories, Archived Forever
On the big day, I will be there to capture your moments. After your wedding day, I’ll begin carefully selecting and editing your photographs to create a final collection that reflects the feeling of your celebration. Each image is thoughtfully considered, preserving not only the details of the day, but the moments and emotions that made it uniquely yours.
Film and Super8 are carefully processed after your celebration and may require additional time for development and delivery. These images and films are created through a more intentional process, and final delivery timelines may vary depending on processing and lab turnaround times.

Your engagement session gallery will be delivered within two weeks of your session date, allowing you to enjoy these photographs from this season of your story before your wedding day arrives.

Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 8 to 10 weeks of your wedding date. Each image is thoughtfully selected and edited to create a complete collection of memories you can return to for years to come.

Travel is not included in any base package pricing. For sessions outside of my standard locations in London and Napa, travel is quoted separately based on the location and logistics involved. Travel expenses may include flights, accommodations, rental car, and any additional transportation needed. I’m always happy to discuss options and help plan the details together.
